Attached ADUs
Attached ADUs, sometimes called JADUs, are another great option if you want your ADU to blend into your house or if you don't have enough room in your backyard to build a detached ADU. These ADUs share a wall with your main house, but are otherwise completely separate with a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space!
Garage ADUs
Don’t have a lot of room on your property but have a detached or attached garage that you think would make a great living space? We can also help you completely transform your garage into a finished, functional, and fully legal ADU on your property. This is a great option for a small rental space or a space for a parent or child to live nearby but still have their own independent space!
Detached ADU
Detached ADUs are the most popular options for ADUs right now as they give you the most privacy and can look the best on your lot. These are ADUs that are completely detached from your main home and can be up to 1,200 sq.ft depending on your location and the space you have available. We have several standard floorplans and designs for detached ADUs that you can use as well as fully custom options!

During this 30-minute appointment, our ADU Experts will come out to your property, walk the space with you to determine the best placement for your unit, analyze the property for setbacks and easement, measure out a hookup path for utilities, and then put it all together into a firm estimate that they will send directly to you breaking it all down!
